我个人认为是既有菌又有虫！叶片上的斑点像菌，后两张蜷缩的叶片感觉像虫子搞的鬼，我不擅长这类植物，期待一会会有月季大神来帮你具体分析一下！

不是虫，是真菌。不严重，去掉病叶即可。
